The two friends entered the store and took several items into the fitting room. After trying on a skirt and two dresses, they decided to keep the items without paying. They wore the stolen clothes under their own outfits and left the store without settling the bill.
Authorities were alerted, and the stolen items, valued at 4,000 rubles, were returned to the store owner. The girls are now under a written pledge not to leave the area as the investigation continues.
The case has been classified as theft under Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. If convicted, the teenagers could face serious legal repercussions, despite their young age.
